• Comments:- A beautiful example of a much-collected Series of patterns known as the Blue Children Series – Enchanting plate from a great series – background detail is hand painted there are 24 different scenes to collect in this series – first produced in the 1890s and discontinued in the 1930s. Found on many shapes including Rack Plates, Round and Oval Plaques, Jugs, Teapots and Biscuit Jars also on Toilet Sets and various shaped Vases.
