• Condition:- Very nice condition, no damage or restoration – a little crazing can be seen on the back of the piece.
• Comments:- The iron red decoration is hand painted – making a very striking contrast to the Blue, Gold and Cream of the pattern. This plate was shown at the Flow Blue Convention Seminar to illustrate the way Ground colour was applied. It was also noted just to put the date into perspective that when this piece was made President Theodore Roosevelt began his 2nd term.
